Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
• Experience: One year of administrative staff, clerical, or secretarial work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify participant needs and develop individualized employment plans.
• Develop employment pipelines by cultivating partnerships with employers.
• Maintain participant records and ensure real-time entry of attendance and employment results into E&E and WORKS.
• Build relationships with internal teams, community partners, and program participants through clear communication and customer service.
