kpconnect seeks a WIOA Deputy Account Manager to bridge KP with local Workforce Agencies supporting WIOA programs, including Adult, Dislocated Worker and Youth. The position requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work independently or with a team, across multiple states via virtual sessions and on-site meetings as needed.

Qualifications

  • Promote KP Training Services via webinars and meetings.
  • Enter and maintain lead and contact data in CRM.
  • Build relationships with candidates through regular outreach.
  • Mentor eligible candidates who convert to KP clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

WIOA Deputy Account Managers Full Time Part Time

Location: DC, DE, MD, VA, NJ, NC, SC, FL, GA, Virtual

Job Description:

The WIOA Deputy Account Manager will serve as a liaison between KP and our partnerships with local Workforce Agencies supporting WIOA Training programs (including Adult, Dislocated Worker and Youth populations) with the goal of expanding enrollment for KP programming. This position is essential in promoting KP’s philosophy for training, development and career management to stimulate signups. Requires passionate individuals with a commitment and can-do attitude that leads to results.

Responsibilities:
  • Passion for community improvement and social impact
  • Previous experience supporting Account Manager or sales functions
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking ability to convert leads into clients
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
  • Good time-management and organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Prefer BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Business/Management, Human Resources, Human Services, Social Work, Counseling/Guidance, or related area of study
  • Will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates strong business acumen, high levels of detail-oriented work, related educational achievements
  • Previous experience with KP products and services strongly desired
Requirements:

  • Enter data in CRM system to include contact information for career counselors, opportunities to market program to eligible candidates, lead information and other relevant account data
  • Build strong relationships with candidates through regular communication via email and phone
  • Maintain mentoring relationship with eligible candidates that convert to KP clients
  • Well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills; ability to establish rapport with program participants and staff
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently or as a team memberand complete objectives with minimal supervision
  • Participate in weekly status meeting to provide update and status of assigned accounts
