Job summary

kpconnect seeks a WIOA Deputy Account Manager to bridge KP with local Workforce Agencies supporting WIOA programs, including Adult, Dislocated Worker and Youth. This remote role focuses on expanding enrollment by promoting KP training offerings and managing relationships with counselors and candidates.

The position requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work independently or with a team, across multiple states via virtual sessions and on-site meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with WIOA rules and eligibility processes.
• Promote KP Training Services via webinars and meetings.
• Enter and maintain lead and contact data in CRM.
• Build relationships with candidates through regular outreach.
• Mentor eligible candidates who convert to KP clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote KP Training Services through remote and on-site webinars.
• Enter contact information for career counselors and lead data in CRM.
• Develop relationships with candidates through ongoing communication.
• Maintain mentoring relationship with eligible candidates who become KP clients.
• Support account management and sales functions to grow program enrollment.
• Participate in weekly status updates for assigned accounts.
