Qualifications

• Bachelor or Graduate Degree in business, public administration, education, or human services.
• Experience with WIOA programs and services or ability to acquire rapidly.
• Strong written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff, budgets, policies and procedures to ensure program requirements and performance standards are met or exceeded.
• Expand workforce development programs nationwide, including Registered Apprenticeship Programs, addressing unemployment with non-traditional paths.
• Build and maintain partnerships with agencies and community groups to promote training programs and link to state/national workforce opportunities.
• Enroll dislocated workers and young professionals into WIOA programs and achieve performance objectives.
• Manage contracts with outside organizations, vendors, trainers, and subcontractors; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Inform CEO on program status with regular reporting and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
