Educational Data Systems (EDSI) seeks a Career Coach to provide career support for job seekers, helping them pursue training and advance their careers. The role includes remote WIOA registration, coaching, resume review, and job search assistance within the Integrated Services framework.

The position emphasizes collaboration with PA CareerLink staff, development of customer-driven IEPs, documentation in CWDS, and coordination with partners to address barriers to employment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or 1–3 years of equivalent experience.
• Prior case management experience required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review WIOA eligibility documents and register customers.
• Provide career coaching to help customers achieve IEP goals.
• Build relationships to identify and address barriers to employment.
