EDSI (Educational Data Systems, Inc.) is seeking a Career Coach to support job seekers under the Integrated Services framework. You will review eligibility, register customers, and coach them toward IEP goals while coordinating with PA CareerLink staff and partners.

You will document all interactions in CWDS, assist with resumes, and help clients pursue training and employment opportunities. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in human services or 1–3 years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Prior case management experience required.
• Prior workforce development experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing responsibilities and multi-tasking.
• Effective communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.

Mansioni

• Accurately review, evaluate, and complete documentation to determine WIOA eligibility and register customers.
• Provide remote WIOA registration services using Outlook and securely handle customer documents.
• Coach customers to achieve goals in their IEPs, with ongoing contact after job placement.
• Build relationships to identify and address barriers to employment through assessment and coordination with staff.
• Document all visits, contacts, referrals, and activities in CWDS.
• Coach and encourage customers, referring to partners for supportive services and ESL instruction.
• Help customers become job ready by reviewing resumes and preparing for hiring requirements.
• Conduct job searches and recommend opportunities aligned with skills and goals.
• Coordinate with PA CareerLink staff and community partners to connect customers with services.
• Maintain customer files per contractor requirements and state guidelines.
