Educational Data Systems, Inc. is seeking a Career Coach to support job seekers in obtaining and retaining employment, pursuing training, and advancing their careers within the Integrated Services framework.

The role involves giving one-on-one coaching, reviewing eligibility, and coordinating with PA CareerLink staff. The position emphasizes strong organization, communication, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities; remote registration duties are included, with the goal of helping customers

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent experience preferred.
Prior case management experience required.
Prior workforce development experience preferred.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

Review documentation to determine WIOA eligibility and register customers.
Provide remote WIOA registration services using Outlook and manage documents securely.
Coach customers to meet Individual Employment Plans and follow up after placement.
Build one-on-one relationships to identify barriers to employment and coordinate with PA CareerLink staff.
Develop and update customer IEPs to reflect progress and program requirements.
Document all interactions in CWDS with accurate case notes.
Refer customers to partner organizations for supportive services and ESL instruction.
Assist with resume reviews, job searches, and training program selection through PA CareerLink.
