EDSI Solutions in Norristown, PA is seeking a Career Coach to provide WIOA eligibility reviews, job search support, and ongoing coaching to program customers.

You will build IEPs, coordinate with PA CareerLink and community partners, document all interactions in CWDS, and help clients prepare resumes and connect with training or ESL services. This role emphasizes hands-on guidance and outcome-driven support.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent experience.
• Prior case management experience.
• Prior workforce development experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review and determine WIOA eligibility and register customers.
• Provide remote WIOA registration services.
• Coach to achieve IEP goals and follow-up after placement.
• Build relationships to address employment barriers via assessment and coordination.
• Develop and update customer IEPs reflecting progress.
• Document visits and case notes in CWDS.
• Assist with resume development, job search prep, and PA CareerLink steps.
• Coordinate with community partners to link social services.
• Share recruitment events and opportunities with participants.
