Job summary

Cantigny Park in Wheaton, IL is seeking 15 Winter Program Staff to support nightly public events across the estate this winter. The role is part-time and runs from November 4 through January 3, indoors and outdoors.

Staff will greet guests, process admissions, guide guests, provide information, and help maintain safety and order in a beautiful outdoor setting. The team will collaborate closely to ensure a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or willingness to learn.
• Ability to use computer systems for guest ticketing, payment, and scheduling.
• Strong verbal communication and guest-service orientation.
• Ability to work outdoors in winter weather and stand/sit for long periods.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Collect, check, and validate admission tickets at entry.
• Guide guests through check-in and facility layout.
• Provide information and resolve guest inquiries with excellent service.
• Monitor entrances and exits to ensure safety and order.
• Coordinate with team leaders on issues or additional tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support event operations.
