Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an experienced Manager, Systems Infrastructure Operations to lead and optimize our Windows, Linux, AD, and VMware environments. You’ll manage a hybrid team of internal staff and MSP partners, owning incident response, change control, and operational compliance.

You will champion automation, runbooks, and capacity planning while partnering with engineering and security teams to uphold standards and budgets. A senior leader with ITIL and certs will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field; equivalent experience also accepted.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or higher certification preferred.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, virtualization, and PKI is valued.
• PM certification or delivery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day BAU operations for Windows, Linux, AD, DDI, PKI, and VMware.
• Drive automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Plan capacity, budget, and resource needs with engineering.
• Direct incident command for high-severity outages and post-incident reviews.
• Manage MSP relationships and vendor contracts; oversee budgets.
