Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years administering Windows Server in enterprise environments.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows infrastructure incidents and complex operational issues.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity services.
- Experience creating PowerShell automation for operational support.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage Windows engineering tickets through resolution with timely updates.
- Monitor Windows services, respond to alerts, and take corrective action.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows break-fix issues across enterprise environments.
