Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Manager, Systems Infrastructure Operations to lead day-to-day operations of Windows, Linux, AD, and VMware in a hybrid team environment.

You will drive automation, ensure platform reliability, and collaborate with engineering, security, and project teams to align operations with strategic goals. The role emphasizes forward planning, incident command for critical systems, and managing MSP/vendor relationships while supporting audits and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent professional experience may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
• Certifications in IT operations, Windows Server, virtualization, or infrastructure leadership are valued.

Responsibilities

• BAU operations: manage Windows, Linux, AD, DDI, PKI, VMware; ensure SLA and standards compliance.
• Drive automation to reduce manual work and improve consistency.
• Lead capacity planning, budgeting, and forward infrastructure planning.
• Own escalation, incident command for P1/P2, and post-incident reviews.
• Manage MSP and vendor relationships, including SLA and budget oversight.
• Support audits and compliance activities (SOX, PCI, PII).
