Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery seeks a personable Tasting Room Attendant to turn each tasting into a memorable experience through friendly conversation, product knowledge, and hospitality. You will guide guests through our wine and retail offerings and invite them to join our Wine Club community.

Applicants should be at least 21, with experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments, and a passion for guest service.

Qualifications

Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

Learn our food, wine, and retail offerings to confidently guide each guest.
Prepare your station for service and keep it clean and stocked.
Study Cooper’s Hawk menu, retail items, and wines offered to guests.
Restock and maintain product displays.
Support the team with carryout orders and guest service in other areas as needed.
Communicate with team members to deliver smooth and memorable service.
