Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a friendly Tasting Room Attendant to guide guests through wine tastings and retail selections. You will share knowledge about our wines, welcome Wine Club members, and help create memorable experiences in a fast-paced tasting room.

You will maintain a clean station, restock displays, and assist teammates during service. Weekend availability and physical stamina are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests with wine and retail offerings to guide tastings.
• Keep workstation stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Assist guests with purchasing wine, club memberships, and merchandise.
• Support team across dining, takeout, and events as needed.
