Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants in Centennial, Colorado is seeking Tasting Room Attendants to turn tastings into memorable moments through friendly conversation, product knowledge, and hospitality. You will guide guests through our wines and retail items while inviting them to join our Wine Club.

This role requires enthusiasm for wine and service, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility for weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.

Responsibilities

• Learn our food, wine, and retail offerings so you can confidently guide each guest.
• Prepare your station for service and keep it clean and stocked.
• Study Cooper’s Hawk menu, retail items, and wines that are offered to our guests.
• Restock and maintain product displays.
• Support the team with carryout orders and guest service in other areas when needed.
• Communicate with team members to deliver smooth and memorable service.
