Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service or tasting room experience preferred; or equivalent.
• OLCC certification within 90 days of employment.
• Food Handlers certification required.

Responsibilities

• Host experiences educating guests on history, brands, vineyards, and wines to drive sales.
• Sell wine and merchandise; manage high-volume transactions.
• Lead daily tours (public, VIP, group) and coordinate tasting progress.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OLCC guidelines; manage shipping as needed.
