Wine Industry Expo in Dundee, OR seeks a Tasting Room Sales Associate to deliver impeccable customer service and educate guests on our wines, history, and winemaking style. You will sell tastings, glasses, bottles, memberships, and manage phone inquiries in a fast-paced setting.

Requires OLCC and Food Handler permits, 2+ years sales experience, and part-time hours (10am-6pm). Includes tips and commissions, with an hourly wage of $18–$25 plus benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and adventurous new team members who love wine and people to join an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and productive team as a Tasting Room Associate. We are seeking Tasting Room Sales Associates for our Premiere Tasting Rooms in Dundee, Oregon. The Associate is responsible for providing our wine club members and guests impeccable customer service while developing relationships that promote sales and brand loyalty. The Associate will share our wine while providing an education of our history, region, vineyards, and winemaking style. Your sales expertise will be applied to sell wine tastings, glasses and bottles of wine and memberships to our guests in person and on the phone. Associates will use a point-of-sale and reservation system; answer and make customer phone calls to provide or collect information; stock and clean and provide support for events.

Compensation: Hourly starting @ $18-$25 hour (depending on experience) + tips + commissions

Hours: 10 am-6 pm; 20-30 hours per week including weekends, holidays, and limited nights

Qualifications & Required Skills:
