CAST Wines is seeking a charismatic Tasting Room Associate to welcome guests, deliver refined tasting experiences, and support a high-touch hospitality team in Dry Creek Valley. You will lead daily tasting room operations, drive DTC sales and wine club growth, and ensure a polished guest journey from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in hospitality, a passion for wine, excellent communication, and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, engaging, and informed tasting experiences.
• Oversee daily tasting room operations and guest flow.
• Drive direct-to-consumer sales and wine club enrollments.
• Monitor inventory, presentation, and cleanliness; report needs to management.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain operational standards.
• Collaborate on staff trainings, events, and service enhancements.
