Job summary

Ste. Michelle Wine Estates in Woodinville, WA is seeking a part-time Tasting Room Associate to set the tone for the winery experience and connect with guests in a friendly, genuine manner.

You will learn product information to guide selections, assist with wine club orders and events, operate POS for sales and fees, and support daily housekeeping to keep the tasting room inviting. Must be 21+, have a Class 12 MAST and Food Handler permits, and 2+ years of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of customer service experience required (retail/hospitality preferred).
• Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly, courteous, and capable of interacting with a wide variety of personalities in a professional and polite manner.
• Learn product information to assist guests with selections, purchases, and events.
• Assist with wine club and eCommerce orders, including packing and delivery or curbside pickup.
• Operate POS/registers to sell wine, merchandise, and to collect tasting fees as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure tasting room standards.
