Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants in Alpharetta, GA seeks Tasting Room Attendants to deliver friendly wine experiences and guide guests through our wines and retail items. You’ll help grow the Wine Club and create memorable visits in a fast-paced setting.

Applicants should be 21+, with prior restaurant/retail or wine experience preferred, and the ability to multitask while maintaining hospitality.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused hospitality and product knowledge required.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Learn our food, wine, and retail offerings to confidently guide guests.
• Prepare your station for service and keep it clean and stocked.
• Study Cooper’s Hawk menu and wines offered to guests.
• Restock and maintain product displays.
• Support team with carryout orders and guest service in other areas.
• Communicate with team to deliver smooth service.
• Follow steps of service and assist in daily operations.
• Welcome guests and explain Wine Club perks.
• Proactively build relationships with guests and invite them to join Wine Club.
