Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Love hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and enthusiasm from the first interaction.
• Answer guest phone calls with professionalism and hospitality.
• Set up the host area for a smooth shift following checklists.
• Maintain a professional image per appearance and behavior guidelines.
• Manage table flow and dining room pacing to deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Adjust seating plans to avoid bottlenecks and reduce wait times.
• Handle special seating requests with availability in mind.
• Communicate with Managers and Team Members to keep service moving smoothly.
• Support servers and service assistants to help the team shine.
• Answer questions about food, wine, and experiences with warmth and knowledge.
• Escort guests to tables and share insights about Barrel Reserve wine.
• Assist with light side work and keep the entry area neat for a great first impression.
• Maintain polished phone etiquette when handling reservations.
