Job summary

Vintner's Table in Phoenixville is seeking full-time or part-time Tasting Hosts to create memorable wine experiences. You will guide tastings, engage guests, and upsell wine with a proactive, guest-focused approach.

The role emphasizes friendly service, wine education, and strong communication. A flexible schedule, capable of handling payments, and standing lengthy shifts are required. Prior wine or dining experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Commitment to excellence and high standards of customer service.
• Knowledge of dining room service procedures and functions.
• Knowledge and passion for wine, wine service, winemaking, and wine education.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to communicate effectively and handle money with a POS system.
• 21+ years of age and able to pass RAMP training.
• Restaurant and/or Wine Tasting Room experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing tasks.
• Train employees.
• Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Vintner's Table/Folino Estate, LLC.
• Monitor and observe guests' dining experience/wine tasting to ensure satisfaction and address problems.
• Collect payments from guests and take orders.
• Describe and recommend Folino Estate wines to guests.
• Sell wine and increase wine club memberships.
• Conduct wine-tasting experiences for different size groups.
• Attend special events and off-site tastings.
