Responsibilities

• Educate guests on wine collections and food pairings.

• Check IDs to comply with alcohol service laws.
• Open/close the tasting bar and assist with daily operational tasks.
• Train new staff and support restaurant operations in the Manager's absence.

• Attend events and off-site tastings as needed.
• Assist with inventory and restocking of wine and retail merchandise.
• Stay up-to-date with RAMP and PLCB requirements.
