Messina Hof Grapevine is seeking a part-time Tasting Room Associate to deliver warm hospitality, host tours and tastings, and drive on-site wine sales. You will welcome guests and promote wine club memberships in a friendly environment.

The role requires strong guest service, basic computer skills, and current TABC and Food Handler certifications. The schedule varies with winery needs, and applicants should be able to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or a closely related field.
• Experience in customer service.
• Active TABC and Food Handler certifications at all times.

Responsabilités

• Sell, promote, and conduct tastings and tours to increase sales.
• Provide courteous, professional guest service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room area and restrooms.
• Assist with inventory and stocking of wines, food items, and gift shop items.
• Support other departments as needed.
