Qualifications

• Experience in retail or a closely related field.
• Experience in customer service.
• Active TABC and Food Handler certifications at all times.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and conduct tours, tastings, parties and repeat sales at winery.
• Educate Messina Hof guests on wine, wine & food pairings and wine appreciation.
• Increase Wine Club and VIP Club memberships.
• Operate POS system for routine purchasing transactions, including cash register operations and processing returns/discounts.
• Maintain high standard of cleanliness and organization in Tasting Room and related areas.
