Job summary

Riboli Family Wines' Jada Estates is seeking a Wine Educator to deliver engaging, educational, and polished guest experiences that reflect the estate's spirit during tastings.

You will educate guests on Jada Estates' wines, vineyards, and winemaking philosophy, drive DTC sales through knowledgeable recommendations and club signups, and support private tastings and member events.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Warm, confident communicator with strong sales instincts.
• Ability to translate technical wine knowledge into engaging stories.
• Team-oriented and flexible under pressure.
• Passionate about hospitality, food and wine education.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

The Wine Educator is the face of Jada Estates — delivering engaging, educational, and polished guest experiences that reflect the spirit of our estate. This role blends storytelling, sales, and providing an excellent customer service experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service across tastings.
• Educate guests on Jada Estates' wines, vineyards, and winemaking philosophy.
• Drive DTC sales through knowledgeable recommendations and club signups.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of current wines and pairings.
• Ensure tasting spaces reflect brand standards and cleanliness.
• Uphold ABC compliance and responsible service standards.
• Assist with private tastings, trade visits, and member events.

Minimum Qualifications

Pay Range

$18—$22 USD
