Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of Napa Valley wines, viticulture, and winemaking processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engaging and educational wine tastings, sharing history and winemaking details to enhance guest appreciation.
• Provide personalized recommendations on wine selections, food pairings, cellaring, and serving techniques.
• Cultivate strong guest relationships to encourage repeat visits, purchases, and wine club sign-ups.
• Guide guests toward wines and club memberships that fit their preferences for a smooth purchasing experience.
• Manage private tastings and events, tailoring experiences for individuals and groups.
• Process transactions, oversee shipping logistics, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Conduct proactive outreach to foster ongoing relationships and direct-to-consumer sales.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized tasting room and support daily operations.
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and hospitality teams to refine sales strategies.
• Build relationships with local partners to drive referrals and brand awareness.
• Stay current on industry trends and deepen wine knowledge for guest engagement.
