Responsibilities

• Administer sale of beverages in outlet and events.
• Guide guests through the wine list.
• Engage guests in discussions about wine.
• Educate associates about wine regions and pairings.
• Conduct associate training on wine service standards.
• Maintain the wine cellar in optimal condition.
• Conduct inventory audits and track cellar rotation.
• Oversee beverage costs and pricing.
