Qualifications

• BA/BS college degree or related industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience (highly preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal- and results-driven.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package).

Responsabilités

• Territory Management: Ensure consistent customer contact and plan sales initiatives.
• Selling: understand products and pricing, make presentations, grow business, identify new accounts.
• Merchandising: use POS materials, optimize display size/position and shelf standards.
• Servicing: make sales calls, perform inventory checks, minimize order mistakes, rotate stock.
• Administration: follow policies and complete paperwork timely.
