Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in Monument, Colorado is seeking a detail-oriented clerical and logistics support professional to assist Business Development operations. This role focuses on coordinating registrations, pricing submissions, supplier communications, and budget analysis to drive sales growth.

You will manage trade show forms, maintain supplier files, prepare monthly reports, handle invoicing, and support the executive team with meeting coordination and office operations.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, including at least one full year in beer, wine or spirits sales.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office with ability to develop and maintain extensive sales spreadsheets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of product movement and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Key Account Partners on new product registration and pricing.
• Act as liaison to SGWS suppliers and customers to provide information and answer questions.
• Coordinate budgets and provide analysis of business development activities.
• Prepare and distribute monthly sales and market reports.
• Produce invoices for supplier chargebacks and manage accounts receivable.
• Assist in office operations and support executive leadership.
