Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits is seeking a Monument, CO-based Sales Support Coordinator. Provide clerical and logistics support for Business Development operations, liaising with partners and suppliers, coordinating budgets, and maintaining reports.

The role requires 1 year of sales experience in beer, wine or spirits, advanced MS Office skills, and strong organization. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of experience.
• Sales experience in beer, wine or spirits.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office for sales analysis.
• Demonstrated product movement, inventory control and sales information.
• Strong communication verbally, in writing and interpersonally.
• Ability to organize, prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Key Account Partners on product registrations and pricing submissions.
• Act as liaison to SGWS suppliers and customers to provide information and answers.
• Assist with budget coordination and analysis of business development activities.
• Collect and maintain all Trade Show confirmations from suppliers.
• Update and maintain supplier confirmation spreadsheets and changes.
• Coordinate product placement in tasting books and manage supplier payments/adjustments.
• Prepare and distribute sales/market reports; assemble supplier presentations as directed.
• Maintain SGWS office operations including reception, rooms, kitchen, and clerical functions.
