You will use strong organizational and strategic thinking to plan and execute sales initiatives, collaborate across marketing, operations, and finance, and help maintain customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, sales support or merchandising is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies aligned with sales objectives.
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure brand representation and pricing.
• Monitor standards and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate shelf set activities including planning and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize shelf space and customer experience.
• Cover sales territories during absences when needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support sales continuity.
