Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in Colorado is seeking a clerical and logistics support specialist to assist Business Development operations. The role focuses on coordinating product registrations, pricing submissions, and supplier communications to enable smooth market activities.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong Microsoft Office skills, and related sales experience. You will work with internal teams and suppliers, producing reports and ensuring accurate data handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of experience.
• Sales experience in beer, wine or spirits recommended.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office with ability to develop extensive sales spreadsheets.
• Demonstrated product knowledge, inventory movement, and sales information.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Key Account Partners on product registration and pricing.
• Liaise with SGWS suppliers and customers to provide information.
• Support budgeting and provide analysis for business development activities.
• Collect and maintain all Trade Show confirmations from suppliers.
• Update spreadsheets of supplier confirmations and changes.
• Coordinate product placement in tasting books as required.
• Maintain payments and adjustments for supplier support by branch and product.
• Assist in distribution of POS and marketing materials.
• Maintain team contact information and handle market samples requests.
• Prepare and distribute monthly sales and market reports.
