Job summary

Total Wine & More in the United States seeks Store Team Members to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales by engaging customers and advising them on products. You may also take on merchandising, front-end, or other duties as needed.

In this role you will assist with inventory, curbside pickup and delivery as needed, and participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to deepen product knowledge. Compliance with alcohol laws and a safe store environment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, stocking merchandise, building displays, and supporting digital operations.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and informing them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure a safe and compliant store environment and adherence to alcohol laws.
