Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring Store Team Members for seasonal positions across locations in the United States. You will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and assist with inventory, merchandising, and curbside pickup.

You may also support back-end tasks and deliveries as needed to ensure a smooth shopping experience. The role emphasizes greeting customers, building relationships, and maintaining knowledge of promotions, loyalty programs, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service to build relationships.
