Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture focused on best-in-class service for our customers. You will lead the team, coach peers, and ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws in a safety-conscious environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years in retail, and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, with strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years retail experience preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in retail preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and team skills; ability to coach peers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and support training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Support store operations and drive sales and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with laws for alcohol sales and maintain safety and cleanliness.
