Total Wine & More in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture. You will report to the store management team and supervise staff, while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and best-in-class service for customers.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail with supervisory experience, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1-3 years of experience; 1+ year in a supervisory role within retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a team member capacity to support service, merchandising and front-end operations; drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving customer issues.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
