Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture for our customers. You will report to the store management team and help lead a team dedicated to best-in-class service.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training, resolving customer issues, and ensuring compliance with alcohol laws while maintaining a safe store environment. A high school diploma and 1–3 years retail supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role within a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and key performance metrics.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise team members and assist with training and development.
• Ensure adherence to laws/regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
