Total Wine & More is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to support store operations and help grow our brand through outstanding customer service and a sales-focused culture. You will lead by example, train team members, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws while delivering a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent), 1–3 years in retail with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and experience with POS systems and inventory software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example, fostering a welcoming and knowledgeable store atmosphere, and resolving customer issues.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
