Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to maximize inventory, stock shelves, build displays, and assist with online orders and curbside services. You will engage customers with friendly, knowledgeable service and help maintain store safety and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years in retail. The role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, and may involve delivery as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products.
• Support in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services, including driving if assigned.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies.
