Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking an engaged Merchandiser to support inventory, sales and online order fulfillment. You will stock shelves, build displays, greet customers, and assist with curbside pickup and delivery where needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. This role emphasizes safety, compliance, and continuous product knowledge through regular training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in retail preferred
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online orders
• Greet customers and provide personalized service
• Build and maintain displays, end caps and signage
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services
• Ensure store safety and compliance with alcohol sale laws
• Load and deliver orders when required
• Participate in wine, spirits and beer product training
