Job summary

Total Wine & More seeks a Merchandiser to maximize inventory, stock displays, and fulfill online orders while providing a personalized shopping experience in-store. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and support curbside and delivery operations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and manage stock movements, displays, signage, and curbside/delivery support.
• Provide exceptional customer service and help customers with product knowledge.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, ads, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and legal compliance in the store.
• Perform cross-functional duties as assigned and assist with loading/delivery when needed.
• Support online orders and in-store pick-up to enhance shopping experience.
