Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to maximize store inventory, create displays, and support online orders. You will greet customers, inform about products, and help with curbside pickups and deliveries when assigned.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. High school diploma preferred; 21+ for alcohol compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage.
• Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services to deliver personalized service.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and adhere to alcohol sale laws, ensuring a safe store environment.
• Load and deliver orders safely, following company policies and traffic laws.
