Total Wine & More is seeking Merchandiser-level candidates to support both in-store and online operations, focusing on inventory, displays, and curbside/delivery tasks. The role includes greeting customers, expanding product knowledge through training, and maintaining promotions and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online operations; assist with curbside pickup and delivery if assigned.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, advertisements, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with laws related to alcohol sales.
