You’ll work closely with the Department Manager to develop staff, handle inventory, and ensure product knowledge across beer, wine, and spirits.

Responsabilités

• Mentor & coach associates to uphold service standards.
• Grow the team through hiring, training, and development.
• Finalize weekly schedules to ensure coverage.
• Monitor inventory levels, pricing accuracy, and department standards.
• Be the go-to expert on liquor, wine, spirits, and beer.
• Deliver guest service by helping guests find products and handle special orders.
