Festival Foods in Holmen, WI is seeking a Wine and Spirits Assistant Department Manager. You will lead a team under the Wine and Spirits Department Manager, mentoring staff, sharing product knowledge, and helping guests discover new favorites—from craft beers to fine wines.

Responsibilities include hiring/support, scheduling, inventory checks, vendor collaboration, and delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced retail setting. This role requires 21+ and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Formación

• Retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21+ to handle liquor products.
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer and spirits and guest service.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and coach associates while upholding service standards.
• Assist with hiring, training and performance feedback.
• Finalize and approve weekly schedules for coverage.
• Monitor inventory, pricing accuracy and department standards.
• Answer questions and share liquor, wine and spirits knowledge.
• Deliver guest service, process special orders and resolve concerns.
• Lead by example in daily tasks and store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with vendors and team to exceed guest expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular attendance and find replacements as needed.
