• Must be at least 21 years old to sample products in wine and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Mentor & Coach: reinforce culture and service standards while guiding associates in daily operations.
• Grow the Team: assist in hiring, training, and developing associates with feedback and coaching for advancement.
• Finalize the Schedule: finalize and approve weekly work schedules for coverage.
• Support Operations: monitor inventory levels, pricing accuracy, and department standards.
