Festival Foods in Wisconsin seeks a Wine & Spirits Assistant Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will mentor associates, share product knowledge, and guide guests in discovering craft beers, wines, and spirits while modeling exceptional guest service.

As a key member of the Wine & Spirits team, you will assist the Department Manager with hiring, training, and scheduling, ensuring accurate inventory, pricing, and department standards.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• 21+ years old to sample products in wine & spirits.
• Leadership mindset with ability to motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of retail food business and wine/spirits operations preferred.
• Ability to make timely decisions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach team while upholding Festival's service standards.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of associates with feedback and reviews.
• Finalize weekly work schedules to ensure coverage.
• Monitor inventory levels, pricing accuracy, and department standards.
