The role supports the Wine & Spirits Department Manager, with duties ranging from product recommendations to inventory and pricing accuracy. This position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and guest-centric service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age to sample products in wine and spirits department.
• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies.
• Must apply on-the-job safety training to recognize and address hazards; includes equipment handling such as hand jack, baler, forklift, pallet jack, and scanning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Be a Product Guide: help guests find items, offer recommendations, and take special orders.
• Deliver Great Service: answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure guests leave satisfied.
• Support the Team: work with associates and leadership to meet department goals.
