Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age to sample products in the wine and spirits department.
• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies.
• Ability to apply on-the-job safety training to recognize and react to hazards.

Responsibilities

• Be a Product Guide: help guests find products and take special orders.
• Deliver Great Service: answer questions, resolve concerns, ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support the Team: work with associates and leadership to meet department goals.
• Keep Things Running: maintain inventory, correct pricing, stock shelves.
• Operate the Register: check out purchases accurately.
• Ensure Cleanliness: maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Communicate & Collaborate: work with vendors, managers, and teammates.
• Honor Commitments: maintain attendance and provide notice for absences.
• Support the Team: perform other duties as assigned.
